METHODOLOGY

Variety of methodologies and resources would be used like: lectures, group discussions, assignments, presentations, case studies, guest speakers, quizzes, and videos.

PARTICIPANT PROFILE

This program is for an elite group of senior executives who hold leadership positions one or two levels from CEO and are engaged in developing competitive advantage for their organization through strategy formulation and implementation. Typically, the participant would be C-Suite executives and senior managers holding titles like COO, CTO, CFO, CIO, CHRD, SEVP, EVP, SVP, Departmental Heads, Regional Heads, and Country Heads.

PROGRAM DURATION/DAYS/FEE

The program is of 2-month duration. Classes will be held on Thursday only (06:00 pm to 09:00 pm). The fee for the entire program is Rs. 36,000/- (Fees are Exclusive of All Taxes).

Muhammad Syed-ul-Haque is a seasoned professional and highly educated with almost three decades of experience in management training, development, and consulting.
