PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Quality Management is defined as the act of overseeing all activities and tasks needed to maintain a desired level of excellence. This includes creating and implementing quality planning and assurance, as well as quality control and quality improvement. This diploma program will emphasize the contemporary tools & techniques in the field of Quality Management practiced by high performance organizations throughout the world.

PROJECT

The participants are required to work on real life projects on selected topics and tools, preferably from the organizations in which they are working. The projects will be of a practical nature and should be completed within the stipulated time frames. A project report and presentation will be submitted in accordance with the laid down criteria, format and coverage

TRAINING METHODOLOGY

The training methodology includes lectures, presentations, case studies, and assignments and factory visits. The participants’ performance will be monitored through quizzes, assignments, monthly hourly exams, and a final exam. Successful participants will be awarded the esteemed diploma.
