THE OBJECTIVE

The Diploma in Managerial Skills takes a practical approach to learning and would help you identify, develop and apply managerial competencies in the organizational setting.

The program would enable current and future managers to establish a vision for the future and would provide tools which would help you to maximize organizational effectiveness while enhancing your own personal growth.

TRAINING METHODOLOGY

Class lectures, Case studies and Assignments. The participants’ performance will be judged by quizzes, assignments, monthly exams and a final. Successful participants will be awarded Professional Diploma.

ELIGIBILITY

PIM welcomes professional holding a bachelor’s degree. Also the candidate must have at least two years of working experience. The degree requirement can be waived in special cases depending upon the knowledge and experience of the individual.

PROGRAM DURATION/DAYS

The program is of three-month duration. Classes will be conducted twice a week (Saturday) from 4.00 pm to 9.00 pm.

LEARNING INVESTMENT

The fee for the entire program is Rs- 41,000/- (Fees are Exclusive of All Taxes).
