METHODOLOGY

A large part of the lectures and discussions shall be devoted to Lectures and Sessions. The attendees are formed into groups who will analyze various organization human resource initiatives and identify their strengths and gaps.

This comprehensive diploma is designed to get HR leadership into a state of readiness and enable them to execute. Designed for midcareer to senior professionals, with at least four years of corporate experience and ready to pursue their careers into strategic HR leadership.
