INTRODUCTION

1. This program will enable HR professionals and practitioners to undertake significant strategies, learn modern practices and appear confident while handling intricate and complex function of HRM in their respective organizations.
2. Redesigning HR to help organizations meet the stiff competition and market forces will propel workforces and organizations to success. This diploma shall examine strategic HR, its implementation, and link strategy to talent.
3. Furthermore, the role of HR manager is becoming challenging and more strategic in nature by every passing day. METHODOLOGY

A large part of the lectures and discussions shall be devoted to Lectures and Sessions. The attendees are formed into groups who will analyse various organization human resource initiatives and identify their strengths and gaps.

The program is of 4 Months. Classes will be held on Saturday 10 am to 04 pm

PARTICIPANT PROFILE

This comprehensive diploma is designed to get HR leadership into a state of readiness and enable them to execute with implementation. Designed for midcareer to senior professionals, with at least four years of corporate experience and ready to pursue their careers into strategic HR leadership.

It is aimed at people, who have been given, or are about to be given, responsibility for areas of HRM in their own organizations. It is also suitable for those who wish to progress into a career in HRM.  Persons who work on projects in both private and public sector organizations.
