PMP Preparatory Crash Program (Lahore)

OBJECTIVE

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is the global standard of Project Management and the course is based on PMBOK Guide – 7^th Edition. The training also empowers progressive managers with the appropriate tools and techniques to meet the ever-evolving needs and requirements of their organizations. This course further aims to overcome the challenge by preparing participants with all the necessary concepts in a precise and focused manner to get them ready for the PMP Exam as early as possible. It is designed to facilitate participants to get clear understanding of all the process groups and knowledge areas to clear the PMP exam in their first attempt.

PROGRAM DURATION/DAYS

The program is of 5 days & a mock exam. Classes will be conducted twice a week, Saturday & Sunday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
