PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Successful NGOs provide quality services to the beneficiaries and target communities. Competition among NGOs in the delivery of services and in the acquisition of donor funding is rising. To grow, nonprofits have to continually improve their work efficiencies and adopt professional approaches, which puts more and more demands on the management and leadership of an organization.
PIM has designed this program to build competencies and guide performance strategies, with an emphasis on acquiring and mastering skills essential for efficient and effective organizational management. Topics addressed include fundraising, marketing, communications, financial management, strategic planning and change management, governance and board development, grant writing, program evaluation, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

OBJECTIVES

The overall objective of the diploma program is to enable participants to learn the practical skills needed for strategic planning and running organization effectively, ultimately to achieve the goal of community betterment.
